This page explains how Timeup AI users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

To request deletion, email us from your registered Timeup AI email address. This helps us verify that the request is coming from the account owner.

What to include in your request

Your registered Timeup AI email address.
A clear request such as: “Please delete my Timeup AI account and associated data.”
Any optional details that help us identify the account, such as your display name.

What data will be deleted

When your account deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Timeup AI account, including your profile information, profile photo, Life Strings, uploaded images, comments, reactions, and roadmap-related content where applicable.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained for a short period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup recovery, dispute resolution, or audit purposes. Backup copies may take additional time to be fully removed from backup systems.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required due to technical or legal reasons, we will let you know using your registered email address.

Partial data deletion

If you want to delete specific content without deleting your whole account, mention that clearly in your email. For example: “Please delete my profile photo” or “Please delete my Life Strings posts.”
